Sinnamon’ brand ships within the U.S. via USPS.

When placing your order, please make sure the billing address and contact information matches exactly what your creditor / banker has on file. In the event this information doesn't match, your order may be held as pending. The shipping address must be specified correctly, as a non-deliverable address may delay your order.

USPS Priority Express Flat Rate - Delivers in 1 (next) business day anywhere in the U.S. after processing & shipping. Please specify if this service is preferred at check out. $26.35.

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (Our Standard Service) - Delivers in 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing & shipping. $8.70 Small Packages. $16.25 Medium Sized Packages. 

Once the product has been processed & ships, the order(s) may be tracked using the provided tracking number. Please note that it may be several hours between the time an order ships and you receive accurate tracking, to the time the carrier first logs it into their system.

During holidays shipping times may vary.

If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at sinnamonlabel@gmail.com & we will help you locate your order.

Returns

No returns available. All Sinnamon’ pieces are custom crafted. Please make careful note and read in product descriptions before final order submission, as order selection and payment will be immediately processed, without cancellation. All sales are final.
