All Sinnamon’ brand garments are sold exclusively online at shopsinnamon.com.

You will receive order confirmation via email. Processing times vary based upon the unique design of each product, please check as indicated on the product description for information regarding wait time for completion. Once your order is placed, the full payment will process immediately. All orders are processed, in order as received.

Ready To Wear Releases - Please allow 7 days for processing orders. Ready to ship.

Pre-Order Releases - Please allow 4-6 weeks for full processing and active creation. All garments eligible for pre-order will have an open & close ordering window. **Releases with set shipping dates will begin as listed date, located in the product description.

Custom (Requires Authorization) - Please allow 6-10 weeks for full processing. Custom creations require a deposit and must be first authorized by Head Designer / CEO.

Processing times do not affect the specified shipping timeline.
