Custom Policy Agreement
POLICY & PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
CONSULTATION:
We will communicate the idea that you envision for your garment or dress. Please send all inspiration photos via email or text. If you have any changes you would like to make, please indicate that or if you wish, I can freestyle your design modifications.
BOOKING:
Deposit of $175 is required to book & is base price of all custom garments. You may choose at this time to pay invoice in full. All garments or dresses quoted over $350, 50% of the total is required to book. We only accept payments for custom orders via cash, cash app, apple pay, money order and zelle. The complete balance including shipping is due when garment is completed, and will not be released to client until full payment has been received.
FITTINGS:
LOCALS ONLY:
To get started, please provide us with your specific measurements for a perfect fit. A traveling fee of $25 is required to schedule an appointment for measuring in the comfort of your home, if you live within 30 miles of Los Angeles. This not a mandatory service, as the option of being measured at your local bridal or alterations shop is available. FaceTime or video call guidance is available as well, please have on hand a flexible measuring tape. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy following initial measurements. If any embellishment is requested, it will be applied following first fit or as necessary. You are responsible for any alterations done following final delivery done elsewhere.
OUT OF STATE:
To get started, please provide us with your specific measurements for a perfect fit. The option of being measured at your local bridal or alterations shop is available. FaceTime or video call guidance is available as well, please have on hand a flexible measuring tape. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy following initial measurements. If any alteration is necessary following delivery, you have 7 days to return garment. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
CHANGES:
We are more than willing accommodate changes. The earlier in the process the better, so please share this request as soon as possible so that I can accommodate and meet our goal date. Minor changes can be made at no additional cost, however for major changes that require additional material and labor, there may be extra charges. These will be agreed upon between both parties.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDABLE CANCELLATIONS. ONCE ORDER IS PLACED AND PAYMENT IS MADE, ALL PAYMENTS ARE APPLIED TO SOURCING.
IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOUR ORDER, YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT. ALTERATIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
ALL PHOTOS ARE USED FOR INSPIRATION, NOT IMITATION.
